The project was delivered ahead of schedule, with full compliance documentation provided, and resulted in a significant reduction in client-side coordination.
The programme included a comprehensive deep clean across all areas, alongside flooring replacement and internal decoration works. Fire door inspections and PAT testing were carried out to ensure full compliance, while external cleaning and restoration helped improve the overall condition and appearance of the building.
